Have you ever been through a bad sales day and asked yourself: “Is it my problem or is it just a bad day for everybody?”
Sellerboard can help you save countless hours of manual work and help you understand your sales and take action if necessary by displaying the BSR changes in % directly in Sellerboard dashboard.
You immediately see how well your products are selling compared to the competition and stay a massive step ahead.
In the dashboard, you can now view the BSR field in the product table.
The field shows 3 values:
- Current BSR of the product
- % of the current BSR changes compared to the average BSR of the last 7 days
- % of changes of the 7-day average compared to the past 30-day average
If the % numbers are approximately 0% (+/- 10%), it means that the product does not lose (or gain) any market share and your sales performance is consistent with the whole category (or market).
So, on a day with bad sales, but constant BSR you can stay relaxed, it’s not a specific problem to your product.
On the other hand, if you notice a substantial increase in BSR, this means that you are losing market share and it’s time to act.
Sellerboard also helps understand if sales for any of the goods have fallen, BSR has worsened and if the number of returns has increased, and the Trends feature will help you with that.
Detailed sales information is crucial for analysis to any seller because it helps quickly respond to the changes that appear.
For example, if returns have increased, then you may have quality problems. And if sales have fallen, then perhaps you are losing positions on important keywords.
To quickly respond to similar situations, use the new “Trends” tab in Sellerboard dashboard.
The Trends tab allows you to analyze the following metrics:
- Sales of goods at various marketplaces
- Advertising campaigns
- BSR (Best Sellers Rank)
- Profit for each product; Number of refunds
- The cost of returns
- The percentage of returns for each product
- Selling Returns
- Gross margin
- Margin
- Amazon withholds
- Amount paid to Amazon
- Cost price
- Expenses
- Return on investment (ROI)
These features will help you take action and make the necessary changes in order to avoid quality problems and stay ahead of the competition.
